Points Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Nile Projects Loyalty Program (“Program”), you agree to the terms below.

1) Eligibility

• The Program is available to registered customers of Nile Projects and participating partner stores.
• A valid mobile number must be registered in our sales system to earn or redeem points.

2) Earning Points

• Points are earned on eligible purchases in-store or online at participating locations.
• Points are credited 24 hours after the purchase.
• Customers earn 5% of the invoice value as points, and 1 point is equal to 1 Egyptian pound.
• Points are not earned on invoices where points have been redeemed.
• Points are valid for one year from the earning date.

3) Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts, coupons, or rewards offered by the Program.
• The minimum redemption amount is 100 points, which is equal to 100 EGP.
• Once redeemed, points are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.
• Coupons generated from points are single-use only and cannot be used more than once in either online stores or physical branches, even if only partially redeemed.

4) Transferring Points

• You may transfer points to another registered customer.
• Double-check the recipient’s mobile number before confirming any transfer.
• Transfers cannot be canceled, reversed, or recovered once confirmed.
• Nile Projects bears no liability for transfers sent to the wrong number or to an ineligible/unintended recipient.
